Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Every new account gets a free 30-day Professional portal, full features, no card required.

What happens when my trial ends?

Pick a tier and it goes live under your subscription. If you don't, the portal goes offline but your documents and setup stay saved for 90 days, so you can pick it back up without starting over.

Does the price change if my headcount grows?

No. Pricing is per portal, flat rate. A 20-person company and a 500-person company pay the same price for the same tier. That's the whole point — no PEPM math, no surprise bill when headcount grows. Very large groups have a plan ceiling: see the headcount note above the FAQ.

What happens when I run out of included Benny questions?

Benny keeps answering. Additional questions are metered at $25 per 1,000 and billed monthly in $25 increments — no mid-conversation cutoffs, no surprise tier changes. A monthly spending cap (default $100, adjustable in settings, $0 if you never want an extra charge) means your bill can never run away. At the cap, Benny switches to showing the matching plan-document sections directly — the portal keeps working — and returns to full answers when the new month starts.

How much are extra questions?

$25 per 1,000, billed monthly in $25 increments, only in months you go over. Overage never rolls over and each month starts clean. Annual subscribers get the same small monthly overage invoice — most months it's nothing.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes, anytime. Move a portal from Essentials to Professional when a client wants Benny, or drop a tier if a client's needs get simpler. Changes are prorated.

Is there a discount for multiple portals?

Yes — the broker rate card above. Every billed portal counts toward the band (10, 25, or 50 portals), the rate applies to annual billing automatically, and new portals get the band rate at checkout. No pack to buy, no code to enter.

Do I need a separate subscription for every client?

Each portal has its own subscription, but they all live under one account and one invoice. A broker with 30 clients manages 30 portals from a single login, not 30 separate logins.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No annual lock-in required to use the product, though annual billing is what unlocks volume pricing. Cancel a portal and it goes offline immediately; your documents stay retrievable for 90 days in case you come back.
